Thank you for your lovely feedback — we’re really pleased you enjoyed the pizzas, especially the vegan one. We’d just like to ask about the 3/5 atmosphere rating, as this was a takeaway order rather than a dine-in visit, so we’re unsure what this related to. We also couldn’t see your name on our direct orders, which suggests the order may have come through a third-party platform (JustEat perhaps?) rather than our website. For third-party orders, the delivery is handled by the platform rather than by us directly, whereas our own website orders are delivered by our own driver.
