The staff need proper training in customer service. I noticed that when the customer is Arab, they are treated very well, but when the customer is Asian, the staff just nod and pretend not to understand English. This should not happen. All customers should be treated with the same respect and attention. Also, when purchasing a box of 12 pieces for takeaway, there was no carry bag provided. For takeout orders, there should at least be a carry bag. How come the store does not provide bags for takeaway? Lastly, the cinnamon rolls are nothing special. Instead of adding too much buttery filling, it would be better to improve the pastry itself. The fillings feel excessive and overpower the pastry. Price per person: SAR 40–60 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
