Excellent coffee house but oh so busy and noisy Lots of ladies and children.. Limited parking They actually bake their cakes in the shop. recommended Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I’m a former happy customer. I used to love Flourish Craft bakery, and was constantly singing praise to its bakes. While the quality of breads and pastries remained high, the customer service went downhill. Recently I tried to have a breakfast there, but had to leave after wasting 15 minutes while waiting for anyone to take my order. Finally I had enough after a member of staff started taking pictures of bakes ignoring a few customers. My husband had a similar negative experience while buying bread. Please look into improving the customer service before it’s too late. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

If you value good morals, decency and fair and humane treatment of workers, then you should avoid spending your money at this establishment, and certainly do not work here! The food may be nice and the image of the place may be all warm and cosy; however, this is all produced at the expense of the physical and mental health of their staff; especially the kitchen staff! Working them to the point of pain, sweat and tears, then criticising and demanding more!!
