Great pub for students and locals alike HOWEVER, they didn’t play the Welsh OR Scottish national anthems, which is utter woke nonsense, hence the 4 star review for atmosphere. Me, Poopy Sniff and our friends were unimpressed and we hope this issue is amended soon, until then hanchor is the obvious choice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Thank you for your review and for choosing our pub as your hangout spot! We apologize for not playing the Welsh and Scottish national anthems and we assure you that your feedback has been heard. We are committed to creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere for all of our customers and we will make sure to include all national anthems in the future. We hope to see you and your friends again soon!

The Flute is a great spot for a fun and social night out. The place has several TVs showing music and sports games, which creates a lively and interactive atmosphere. It’s easy to socialize, meet people and enjoy the energy of the crowd. Drinks are not too expensive by English standards, which makes it even more appealing. The lighting and decor are beautiful and well thought out, adding to the overall vibe. A perfect place to relax, have a drink and enjoy a dynamic night out. You can go with friends or by yourself, since you will easily socialize if you want. The location is good and in the city centre. 10/10 Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Sim
