Come for a meal after visiting Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) Terminal No2 Observation Deck. This restaurant is famous for providing Japanese cuisine. Serving good tripe soup, Beef Tripe and curry soup is the unique characteristic of Flyer's Table. According to the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer great white coffee, white hot chocolate or white tea.

There is a general expectation in the US that airport food is more expensive and a lesser quality than typical restaurant fare. Perhaps Flyer's is different because it's in Japan, and although in an airport, it's within a hotel within an airport? Actually, it was $31 for dinner and $21 for breakfast, which is on the pricier side for Japan, but perhaps on par with a US restaurant, but certainly cheaper than a US hotel/airport restaurant. The dinner - I was exhausted from a long day and minimal food and just didn't want to think. I saw the option for a set menu and just ordered it. I was pleased to discover belatedly that it came with a drink included. Beer please! This was the best kind of bento box-like meal. A bunch of compartments, each housing different vegetables and meats. I'm glad I don't have any dietary restrictions or general aversions to any particular food, because I dove in without a guide and everything was delicious. Then the waiter comes and asks if I'm ready for dessert. :No thanks," I say, "I'm stuffed." Oh but sir, it's included with your meal. Well then bring it on! Breakfast opened very early, and thank goodness for that because I had an early flight. I debated opting for their smaller take away option, but then figured it was going to be 6-7 hours until my next meal, so let's just spring for the breakfast buffet. I'd say it was great, a mix of western and Japanese foods (incidentally, hybrid breakfast buffets are my favorite. Give me bacon, hash browns, and curry please!). Again a touch more expensive than an average hotel breakfast, but there were many, many food options. I would come back for both dinner and breakfast. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000

Flyer's Table is located within Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu. This is my favourite as well as the "must visit" restaurant whenever I stopover at Haneda Airport. Their Kaiseki menu is simply exquisite and of course super delicious! I would highly recommend it to everyone! Price for both food and alcohol are also very reasonable!
