Hi.....everyone out there. Today I ordered the Nashville fried fish sandwich. 1. The sandwich Is not as crunchy as it looks like on the menu picture. 2. Make sure you ask with Cole slaw on the side, otherwise the wetness of the slaw ruins the cruncheness of the fried fish. 3. My fish inside the sandwich turned soggy and sloppy. I didn't quite enjoy meal. 4. Next time I'll order with out the cole slaw. The best meal you cannot complain about is the: 1. Catfish and shrimp basket......always taste very good and crunchy. Thank you, be safe. Absolutely love Flying Fish! Not only is their food consistently amazing, but the management and customer service are top-notch. I recently placed an online order and had a coupon that I wanted to use. There wasn’t an option to apply it online, so I called and was told by an employee that it would be deducted when I arrived for pickup. Unfortunately, the employee had been mistaken, and they couldn't refund the amount on the spot as online orders were not run through their local merchant account.. However, the manager immediately stepped up. He apologized for the confusion and assured me that he would contact corporate to have my account credited. I was a bit skeptical and disappointed, but had little choice but to trust. True to his word, he followed through and made sure my card was refunded the following day, exactly as promised (and did better than the origional coupon, as he said he would). The level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction really impressed me. I’ve been treating myself to Flying Fish periodically, but this experience solidified my loyalty. It's rare to find a place with both great food and management that truly cares about their customers. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in me! Highly recommend!
