If it's Tuesday, then it's grilled rainbow trout daily special at the Flying Fish. With beans and rice and grilled veggies, the grilled trout had our taste buds hopping. To accompany it, we added the 2 piece fried catfish with perfectly seasoned hush puppies and fries. The noise level was a little louder than we like, but we enjoyed the food. Here on business. When I can in the front door you walk through a room to get to the order section, seemed to be clean and cool with all the pictures. You place your order before you sit down. While waiting on my food this is what I saw. A fish on the wall over my table that had and I’m not really sure of how many months or years of dust. I was really surprised I didn’t see a spider climbing on it. Then I start looking around. This seems to be on all the fish and pictures on the walls inside. Grime, dirt and just filthy! Got my meal. Picked up the salt that was in a Corona extra bottle. So apparently they don’t wipe down the condiments container on a regular basis. Literally had a difficult time holding on to it without it slipping from my hand! Needless to say I wasted my money because I just left. Although the Michelob in the bottle was nice and cold.
