The cashier was great so was the food. But the owner had a cook that was a piece of work. He looked like peewee Herman and was wearing 1 shoe and 1 boot. I informed the owner of his worker and he automatically fixed the problem. Food truck went from a 3star to a 5star the second he hired the perfect staff members. Austin essick(I believe his name was thanks to Facebook) is no longer allowed on the fritas cooking ground due to his shenanigans. Best food in Miami for the best price.
