I was honestly impressed by Flying L Ranch. Golf course was 4.5/5 for me. Well kept, bunkers looked and played awesome, fun design. We played on July 4 at 8AM in 3 hours 30 minutes. Everyone was very kind. Only downside I will say was there were a lot of unrepaired ball marks on the bent grass greens. This did not significantly affect my round, but just added some bumps on a couple of putts. Otherwise, greens rolled smooth, held well, and provided an excellent test because of their contour. Really loved playing here and will certainly be back soon Service: 5

Thank you for the feedback and so glad you had a great time! You must be a really good golfer to play in only 3.5 hours! Takes most people 4.5 at least. The unrepaired ball marks are a continuous issue and I believe the deer are also a part of that. The members are good at repair and we even give a free repair tool to guests and make sure they understand the importance. We will continue to work on that issue. See you again soon!

As retired military person, I like to vacation where it is quiet, relaxing, and close to nature. The Flying L Ranch Resort has all this and more. Also, unlike many so called "ranch resorts", the Flying L is a real ranch. There are horses there, plus the fields are covered with plenty of deer, antelope, and other wildlife. The staff at the Fying L are very courteous, professional, and caring. You will feel right at home the moment you check in. The accommodations are more than comfortable and reasonably priced stores are very close by if you need to resupply. It was the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy Mother Nature for awhile. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value
