The atmosphere is fantastic sitting right at James Bay. I heard the salmon wellington is delicious but it was sold out so I opted for the steak sandwich. Delicious! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Great place by the waterfront to go to beofre or after going whale watching. Flying Otter Grill offers diners beautiful views of the Inner Harbour and the Parliament Buildings. It had a relaxed atmosphere, and it looked like the restaurant specializes in seafood dishes, including fresh fish, shellfish, and other West Coast-inspired cuisine. Their menu featured a variety of seafood options, such as fish tacos, seafood pasta, fish and chips, and more when we visited.
