Thank you very much for the amazing food and service!! Thank you for having an option of gluten free bread and/or wraps for me also!! Love the Cuban Sandwich and the acia bowls Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: They started offering and having gluten free bread and wraps when the chef found out I couldn't have bread!

Flying Spoon is a hidden gem in Wheeling! They have yoga classes as well as food - paninis, sandwiches, açaí, shakes, matcha, craft beer and wine. Really cool and comfortable atmosphere and big local, WV feel. Yoga class was great (I’m a beginner)! Bar seating and multiple tables, low and high top. Plus outdoor area. Highly recommend and will be back asap!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
