I visited Focaccia Lab just four days after they opened, and I was incredibly impressed. The sandwich was outstanding, made with the freshest ingredients, and the focaccia bread was absolutely incredible. I especially loved that they use a thinner style of focaccia, creating the perfect bread-to-filling ratio so every bite is balanced. This was easily the best sandwich I had during my trip to Croatia, and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. What made the experience even better was the wonderful woman preparing our sandwiches. She was incredibly kind and shared that Focaccia Lab is a family-owned business.
