Once the promenade around the Enbrook Park is over, visit Folkestone Rowing Club. Here you can order good beer. The success of this club would be impossible without the hospitable staff. According to the visitors' opinions, prices are reasonable. It's a nice place with the cool atmosphere. The average rating of Folkestone Rowing Club on Google is 4.4.

Very disappointing experience at the Folkestone Rowing Club bar. We visited on a very hot day after enjoying the beach and chose this place because of the good reviews. My husband waited at the bar for several minutes while staff chatted and served others, only to then be told he could not be served because he was wearing a vest. There was no visible dress code sign outside, and surprisingly the bar attendant herself was wearing a vest similar to his, as were other female customers. The issue was not even the dress code — it was the rude and disrespectful attitude. Instead of explaining things politely, the staff member embarrassed us in front of other customers and made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. Businesses can have rules, but customers still deserve basic respect and professionalism.

Called for the winter beer festival, when everybody are welcomed. Members only club, social membership £55 or £45 over 60. They had 8 ales in excellent condition, and 4 ciders from Pip. All at £4 per pint. The club has a lovely atmosphere and friendly welcoming staff. Regular entertainment is programed during winter and the large woodstove is a boon. The clubhouse is upstairs so has great sea views but no accessable access.
