Running a gastro restaurant in a hotel is always tricky, although Follie manages to succeed where others struggle. Follie has a nice atmosphere, comfortable chairs and banquettes and the staff make you feel very welcome. Ate the fairly price smaller tasting menu with 4 courses. Highlight was the seared scallops and the desert, both delicious and beautifully presented. Excellent wine list with a decent selection of local and international wines, all fairly priced. Staff really helpful and attentive and Chef and kitchen all very helpful and deliver high quality and well presented, tasty plates of food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
