We ordered for nachos and 2 margaritas right away when we arrived. It was supposed to be our food while we were playing pool. The margaritas were served immediately while nachos were not served. Actually, we already told the server to cancel it as we were done playing. But the female server insisted we had to pay for it since it was punched in the bill and they are about to serve it. She kept arguing that the kitchen was very busy as there were a lot of orders. I told her, it was just me and my boyfriend when we came and there was no one else there. Who else could possibly order a lot to make the kitchen busy? Does preparing nachos take more than an hour? I don't think so. She was adamant and so I told her to pack it, we'll just take it out. But no. It was still served in a plate. It took them a while too to pack that nachos. We tried a bite when we got to our car. The nachos were already cold and soggy. That's how you serve nachos Palms Bar - more than an hour late, cold and soggy.
