Any negative aspect of my ratings reflects the location of Fontanella within Leeds General Infirmary, as such many of the customers are stressed about their own or family members health. Outside of that Fontanella is a kind of little oasis of relaxation. The staff are very friendly and the food and drink (coffee and tea being sourced from Costa) are good for the prices. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

It doesn’t matter how bad a day you are having the staff at this place will be able to make you feel worse. Rude, nasty, insulting - you might even briefly forget the awful medical news you just heard if you spend 5 minutes here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
