I went to get my double points today for gas & the attendant told me I could only do it every other Wednesday which is not true at all. So she would only give me .15 off instead of .30

This is a decent grocery store.... my favorite chain if you want to know the truth. However, the deli at this particular location is to be avoided. On more than one ocassion I purchased corned beef to make reuben's at work. I prefer my corned beef sliced super thin (shaved is the adective that I used to order it). On more than one occasion I get back to work and the slices are ~1/4" thick. This ruined two lunches on two separate ocassions. In order to avoid another repeat, I will go to another deli when shopping in Oak Ridge. William Werner

I’m sorry, but the Oak Ridge, TN. Food City has possibly some the worst Employees. Their attitudes and hatred of the job they do is unreal. I have never seen a Store that allows the Employees to vent about the aggravations they are having when all a Customer said has Happy Good Friday. The Employee started telling the Man that said this that she was sorry, but she really didn’t care about any of that. She said all she wanted to do was go home. She was hot. She’d been sweating since she got there. The Man walked away telling her he hoped her day got better. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard things like this at your store, and have myself been treated poorly. Thank you Oak Ridge Food City for making me shop anywhere else.
