This was another visit to Food Junction and I wasn't disappointed. The food is very tasty, the coffee is great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Everything is very reasonably priced. There is a convenient parking lot nearby, which is paid from Monday to Friday. The only minor downside is that the interior walls could use a fresh coat of paint, as they look a bit worn. Overall, it's a great spot and I’ll definitely be back! Heard mixed reviews on this place so I said I'd give it a go myself, from the moment I walked in I got a weird vibe. It was cold, weird atmosphere, staff looked miserable, service Not with a smile, not one bit polite (must have woke on the wrong side of the bed) and just not a welcoming experience. got a breakfast and only hot items were the egg (surprisingly) and hash brown, everything else was lukewarm and the bacon was hard like it was overcooked, toast was slightly burnt and was giving coffee when asked for tea. Slightly pricey aswell. So overall not the best experience, and will stick with the Lovley cafe (food fare) across the road facing supervalu, fresh, hot and reasonable priced breakfast, you can't go wrong. Edit... Clearly from the responses from the NOT so professional owner on other bad reviews on this place, I wasn't surprised by the reply to me, from the laughable "owner/manager". Definitely need to do alot more work on themselves as a manager/business owner and take some credibility for the poor service/food. The lack of professionalism here is next level. No wonder everyone looks miserable and there's a horrible vibe. Unhappy manager=unhappy staff=unhappy customers. maybe by actively listening to customer concerns/feedback and responding in a more solution-focused and approachable manner would significantly improve customer satisfaction and reflect more positively on the team. If you put as much effort into fixing yourself as a manager as you do your replys you might just do better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thank you Clare, we welcome all reviews even from those with an agenda. You are well able to use your mouth on Social Media so, if the food was as bad as you say, then you should have spoken up.

Disrespect shown to an elderly and little children who need urgently use bathroom. Staff never let them to use it. Very dissapointing.

We prioritise our customers who are fully covered by insurance whilst on our premises. People who walk in off the street are not covered by our insurance. We only have an obligation to our customers. This is an accepted practice throughout the world not just in Finglas.
