Today afternoon we visited Food World Restaurant in East Riffa. We ordered Palakkad Rawther Biriyani, Beef Biriyani and Chicken Biriyani. The main issue was the staff attitude. They were not polite or welcoming. They served us water in disposable cups, while other customers were given normal glass tumblers. This felt uncomfortable and unfair. While serving dessert (payasam), some salad or other food item had fallen into it. But the staff did not say sorry or replace it. We noticed that when families visit, the staff behaves better. But when bachelors come, they show a careless attitude like “eat if you want” attitude. Also, earlier the rice and biriyani taste was very good. Now the taste is not the same as before.
