We used to visit frequntly to Food world, though finding the parking space is tough. Travelling from Manama to Riffa without parking means , we expect quality and taste. Last week , during the Eid holiday we went there for lunch. The Dum Biriyani was pathetic, as its was not like Dum, the Chicken and masala was not properly cooked. Informed the supplier twice, no use. Feeling bad as a good restaurant not maintaining its core values...

Today afternoon we visited Food World Restaurant in East Riffa. We ordered Palakkad Rawther Biriyani, Beef Biriyani and Chicken Biriyani. The main issue was the staff attitude. They were not polite or welcoming. They served us water in disposable cups, while other customers were given normal glass tumblers. This felt uncomfortable and unfair. While serving dessert (payasam), some salad or other food item had fallen into it. But the staff did not say sorry or replace it. We noticed that when families visit, the staff behaves better. But when bachelors come, they show a careless attitude like “eat if you want” attitude. Also, earlier the rice and biriyani taste was very good. Now the taste is not the same as before. We hope the management improves the service quality and treats all customers equally. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: BHD 1–5 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
