I'm writing to share my experience with my recent visit to your restaurant. We ordered the Thursday special, which included chicken, shrimp, steak, sweet carrots, and yum yum sauce. However, the host informed us that you had run out of steak earlier in the day. The order we received had about 5 shrimp and 5 pieces of chicken grilled up on a bed of rice. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. Upon entering the restaurant, we noticed a few people in the building, but our wait was lengthy despite ordering early. While we were waiting, we noticed that the women's restroom was being used by men, resulting in an unsanitary condition in the women's restroom – there was urine all over the seat and floor. As we waited for our order, we observed that other guests who arrived after us received their food before we did. The atmosphere was loud, with two big screen TVs causing discomfort due to the blinking lights. The noise level was significantly higher than expected. When our food arrived, it had been a long wait. The server had to return to the kitchen for sauce & silverware, and the food itself was not impressive. The carrots were cold, portions were small, and there was no follow-up from staff after serving. Additionally, drink refills were not offered. The presentation was also lacking, with the yum yum sauce served in a small, overfilled bowl. The seating area was cramped and dimly lit, and the sweet tea wasn't good. We hope that you will consider our feedback and take steps to address these issues to improve the overall dining experience. I tried this local place the first time and probably won't be back due to the poor service and poor quality of food that we had today .I'm very disappointed in this to spend almost 40.00 and get poor service. 13.99 for the Thursday hibachi special and 3.00 for a tea for two people .
