Visited Foods Inn today and ordered pasta and tikka. The pasta was okay , but unfortunately the tikka was not cooked properly. We informed the staff and they said they would prepare a new one. However, we had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes while our chapati got cold. After the long wait, they sent a new tikka but changed the flavor without asking us, and the portion size was much smaller, as if they were doing us a favor. I also ordered chapati again and 15 minutes pass by yet no one bothered to bring it. Very disappointing experience overall. Better customer service and consistency are expected. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
