We find a hidden gem in downtown Vancouver - Footo Croissant! Our dine-in favourite was Smoked Salmon Benedict. The croissant was flaky, and the soft-boiled egg was so good. A delightful lunch! We couldn't resist trying all their custard croissants for our takeout adventure - Vanilla, Matcha, and Earl Grey. Each one was bursting with flavour, and the custom-made box was thoughtful. Even at home, the croissants remained in great shape. Matcha and Earl Grey are the ultimate winners - super delicious! Footo Croissant is our newfound hidden gem. We can't keep this secret to ourselves! Next time you are at the Vancouver Central Public Library, make it a double treat because Footo is just around the corner. Food: Should Try!
