This brand new location is still finding their footing so I’m giving some grace. However, my recommendation would be to perhaps close for a day or two and do some more all-staff training. The lack of urgency from workers was simply not understanding their systems, computers, recipes, etc. I’m sure in a few months this location will be better, they seem in learning mode right now Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
