Met a friend for lunch at noon. The music was so loud the staff could not even hear my order. The salad was over dressed (and I like dressing). The checker messed up my order 3 different times, tried to charge me for an extra salad, extra chicken. He also could not hear anything while I was trying to help him. Then I got to eat my salad and try to have a conversation while EDM music blasted from every corner, like I was in a Chicago nightclub at midnight. Also the salad sucked. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service challenges and atmosphere you experienced are not the welcoming environment we want to provide for guests. We are going for a vibe, but a Chicago nightclub at midnight is not that vibe. Got the Tuna Poke Bowl and I actually loved it! It’s a unique twist to the poke bowl idea and the sesame tamari vinaigrette was a nice add-on that went well with the provided bread and bowl itself. If you want a light meal with an emphasis on whole foods, this place can be your next stop. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

I love this place! I’m a gluten-free vegan (due to health reasons) and building my own bowl at Forage Kitchen makes a difficult lifestyle easier to handle.
