We spent a wonderful final evening in Tuscany at this restaurant! Things started off a little chaotically, as we had made a reservation for four people but arrived with five. The owner handled it smoothly and found a solution for us. After that, the real enjoyment could begin! Everything was absolutely delicious, but the ossobuco was our absolute favourite. We have never had this dish prepared so beautifully anywhere else. Pietro and Stefano, thank you!
