The atmosphere of the cafe is really nice. The drinks and signature cakes are delicious, and above all, the new ice cream menu item that just came out is unique and beautiful! Extremely disappointing experience on a sunny day. The smoothie cup was at room‑temperature instead of being chilled. Within just two minutes when I got my order, my tray was already messy with spilled smoothie. When I asked to replace it, the staff told me shaking would cause the smoothie to spill, I just got there! which really upset me. What’s worse, even though the air‑conditioner was set at 26℃ at the preparation counter, the whole area still felt uncomfortable.
