Hands down my new favorite spot in Greenville! I had a mushroom Swiss burger and it was the best burger I think I have ever had. I don’t know if it’s a regular menu item since they are farm to table and things change but I sure hope it is! I also had fries and a delicious strawberry shortcake. This is a must try place. You won’t be sorry. We don’t make reservations- but I hear that weekends that is a must if you want to get in. Parking: Parking is a slight challenge. Especially when they are so busy. Definitely plan to spend a few extra minutes looking for a spot. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Dessert, Shiitake Swiss Burger Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free parking lot, Free street parking, Paid street parking

You're in luck—our Shiitake Swiss Burger is one of very few items that is always on the menu. And you're definitely correct about reservations; although we don't require them, they are strongly encouraged, especially on the weekends. We appreciate your business and hope to serve you again soon.More

Recieved a gift card for Fork and Plough. Had never heard of it, so I was pleasantly surprised when I checked the menu...changes daily. My date and I looked forward to sharing several items. Unfortunately, our reservation was late into dinner service and a few items had run out. 100% on us for late service. Crab cakes and dumplings will just have to wait. The mushroom lettuce wraps were good. The one suggestion, more mushroom. There wasn't enogh mushroom flavor in them. Good, but room for improvement. The Fried Green Tomatoes...Wow! The ribeye strips were perfect. The flavors of each ingredient just made the others ingredients taste better. I'll order this everytime it is on the menu. Since we missed the crab cakes, we opted for the scallops instead. Delicious. Texture was perfect and the sauce paired well. I'm not a big oyster fan, but relented to ordering crispy oysters. I'm glad I did. The batter added a nice crunch and flavor to the oysters. So good, it didn't need the accompanying dipping sauce. Good either way. I recently had duck at another restaurant and didn't enjoy it medium rare. So, when our server said she liked ordering the duck medium (chef recommened medium rare), we ordered it medium. It was good, but not my favorite. I feel the same with lamb and goat. I can tell it is well prepared, just not my favorite meat. It was much better than my previous duck experience. If you like duck, I'm sure you'll love theirs. I can't stop thinking about the fried green tomatoes. Yum! I look forward to my next visit...it will be earlier in the evening, so I can make sure they have everything available. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Steaks, Seared Scallops
