An exceptional place, with an exceptional cook... the Apulian tradition (as the name of the bakery and diner reminds us) is at home here, offering the customer all the delicacies of the regional tradition: friselle, bread from Altamura, aubergine parmigiana, potato tiella, rice and mussels, broad bean and chicory puree, pizza from Bari with tomatoes or stuffed with onion, vegetables etc. The availability and courtesy of the owner and her family is perfectly in line with the history of Puglia: in fact they are ready to satisfy the most varied requests, suggesting variations and proposing solutions in line with the customer's taste. Lately, the superb cook has tried her hand at a "last minute" test, that is, preparing a focaccia stuffed with peppers cooked on the grill, peeled and sautéed with olives, capers and anchovies...
