Visited on July 19, 2026. From the moment I entered until the moment I left, the staff member attitude was consistently unpleasant. Their expression remained stern throughout, and several remarks were delivered in an unnecessarily aggressive tone. While other customers were treated politely, the contrast in how I was addressed was noticeable. Water was not provided, and when I attempted to place an order, I was met with the comment: “Are you trying to order, or are you asking about the menu?”—delivered with a confrontational expression. At checkout, other customers received a polite thank-you, but I did not.I am providing this feedback calmly and respectfully. Interactions like this ultimately harm the staff member more than anyone else, as courteous service benefits both the customer and the business. I hope this will be taken as constructive input for improvement. Meal type: Other Price per person: $40–50

Bad experience overall. There was only one waiter, who was overworked and came across as confused and distracted when we asked for a table. The entrees we ordered came out at different times, with no headsup or clarification about this or when they would be coming. All of our food was bland, with no seasoning or spices. The bento box steak in particular was undercooked, with raw egg in the steak. Furthermore, we both woke up with food poisoning the next morning. The atomsphere of Fort St. George is lovely, but it means nothing if the food is terrible and FOH is a skeleton crew on a busy Friday night. And $70 for dinner for two before tipping... what in the world. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
