- отвратительный wi-fi и уж тем более для 2026, дам простой совет - раскидываете недорогие точки доступа (роутеры) в каждое крыло и ву а ля у всех стабильный доступ в инет, минимум 60Мбит/с тк все смотрят видосы FHD
- вода в куллере, экономия это конечно хорошо, но переиспользовать бутылку, набирая в нее неопозноваемый для пользователя шлак - такое себе, всю дорогу приходилось кипятить
- завтраки, улучшайте оч скудные и часто к 11 почти все более-менее удобоваримое заканчивается, рекоммендую делать омоеты и скремблы, ну а далее на что фантазии хватит
