Basically attempted to order chicken, rice and cashew sauce. They used to do it no problem, lately it's a huge problem. I don't like the vegetables so I minus it. Nope they hung up on me during the order being placed, called back n they lied and said their phone was broke and said no substitutions. Rude as hell on the phone. They said once to us we were good customers! If this is how they treat good customers I'm out! Will never order from them again and will tell people my experiences! Just ordered from Akiou! My new go to place! At least they know how to treat a customer right! I hate liars n rude people! I'm done with Fortunate! If I could give a negative star review I would give -5!
