ADDED: Thanks for clarifying John. Since your last visit, we changed from chicken thigh to breast, which is easier for even cutting and cooking. In addition, the team is paying more attention to the chicken piece sizes when they are preparing, since the uneven sizing will create additional variations on the cooking.
