Food is good but does not make up for the poor service. Have given this place multiple tries due to my husband raving about it as he eats it for lunch often. It seems like this place cannot handle multiple orders as we were asked to leave once due to a big party walking in and them not being able to accommodate two people for lunch (even though we had arrived first). Food for the table will all come out at different times and the lady will rush you when ordering. Food will come out at the same time as a table that ordered way after if you ordered the same thing. So it seems like they are not cooking it by ticket/table which makes it where food is not coming out at the same time. If you try to order chili oil (not spicy at all) the lady will make it very hard to do so even if you tell her you do not mind paying for it. Seems like they prioritize take out orders over dine in but also would not recommend take out because the potions are very small - compared to dine in and other Chinese restaurants. Over all, do not recommend. So many other Chinese restaurants in the area. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was seated before two others came in and they were served first. I was not offered anything else to drink besides water. The fried rice and egg roll were served cold. I didn't enjoy the flavor of their General Tso's chicken nor their crab rangoon, but they were served hot and at least lukewarm respectively. No customer copy for the receipt so I just took a photo of theirs before I left. Have to imagine I visited at a bad time, but I'm not likely to try again soon. We rely alot on our take-away Asian cuisine! Tried Fortune for the first time today but was hesitant because it looked like another chain restaurant. It was leaps and bounds over the expected. Our special requests for certain vegetables and extra spice were perfectly cared for, the food was exceptionally delicious (the egg drop soup looked and tasted great - not like burnt lemon jello) and the amount of food you receive for the price is a very good value - even down to the right amount of serviceware and sauces! Really, nothing made us question our return visit commitment. Yum. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection
