You can enjoy live music in the evening. Many reviewers think that the staff is friendly here. Professional service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. We walked to dinner from the Mark Spencer. We were blown away by how delicious the food was. My non-vegan husband raved about the wings. My oldest kid devoured the mac & cheese and my youngest loved the fries and falafel plate. From the adult drinks to the food, everything was perfect. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian options: Fully vegan Kid-friendliness: Our tween & teen really enjoyed themselves

I’ve been enjoying this establishment since it Jackknife. After going recently, I was incredibly disappointed. Some of the bouncers are great but the lady up front charging covers (with no line) is consistently rude and other people have noticed her insufferable attitude. During my most recent visit - the bartender, Manny decided to pour out my drink order in front of me after calling me a liar over some small/trivial matter. He then proceeded to help other customers before storming off from the bar. I have never felt so disrespected from anyone in the service industry. I go out with friends for drinks/food to enjoy ourselves but we will no longer be going to Fortune since it has become so unprofessional and even hostile environment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
