The Mixology Cocktail Masterclass with Campbell was super fun! The food pairing was delicious and we learnt plenty of helpful tips & tricks to master making cocktails. JJ is an absolute standout at Forum. As a regular, I’m always impressed by his fantastic wine knowledge; JJ consistently recommends interesting & complex wines that never disappoint. When it comes to cocktails, he is incredibly accommodating, crafting unique and diverse drinks tailored to our tastes. My personal favorite this year was the ‘Cherry on Top’ Christmas cocktail—truly exceptional. Beyond the skills behind the bar, JJ is a professional—astute, polite, and just have a warm, sincere can-do kiwi attitude. He always remember my wife and my name(s) and our drink preferences, which makes every visit feel special. I’ve brought several friends to Forum, and they’ve all remarked on JJ’s world-class service. An Unforgettable Experience with Vanessa at the JW Marriott Hotel. She is a true artist behind the bar. She prepared a Dulce de Leche Martini that was absolutely divine. The combination of flavors was perfect, with a perfect balance between sweetness and a hint of bitterness. The presentation was impressive, with a touch of cream and caramel that made the cocktail look like a work of art. Vanessa was very kind and attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable and satisfied with my choice. The service was fast and efficient, and the bar atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I'll definitely return to the Marriott Hotel for Vanessa to prepare another cocktail! 10/10. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
