My parents live in the neighbourhood and we have been going to Fossetta for nearly 20 years. Consistently good, and they certainly have a lot of regulars. The ingredients they use are often local (especially the vegetables and seafood) but they also use outside ingredients if the quality is better (like their ricotta or mozzarella from a particular farm in Hokkaido). They have a blackboard with daily specials, but some of the dishes they always have, like the garlic and anchovy pizza, the Shonan vegetable salad and fish crudo, are some of my favourites. The assorted desserts option is a steal! Easily accessible from Ofuna or anywhere along the monorail (which leaves from near Enoshima). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
