My friend and I just had a lovely dinner at Four Boars European Kitchen. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Rose was an awesome server. I enjoyed my Pork Stitzel Sandwich and German Potato Salad. I will definitely be back in the future. It is worth the drive from Rocky Mount to get something different. I stumbled across Four Boars while in the area for work. Everything was superb. Michelle was my waitress on one occasion. She was attentive and knowledgeable. For the next visit, we sat at the bar. Mandy was the bartender. Her energy and smile were contagious. You can tell that both of these ladies love working there which tells me that Four Boars is not only a great place to eat but a great place to work. The selection of craft beer on tap was amazing. Okay ya motorheads.. listen up. Motorcycle Destination #872. Located just a pinch east of downtown Spring Hope, on Alt 64 business highway, its a great little brew pub with an exotic array of German dishes... like jalapeno sausages and hot/potato salad.. Good stuff! Very nice craft beer selection. Lots of parking for ya MC group, lots of places to park ya butt inside as well as an outdoor/dog friendly area (poop bags included). One fair warning, they seem to do karaoke 'a lot'. so if that's not your flagon of brew, well.. multiple drinks may help diminish the noise or help them sing better.. I dunno, I'm no expert. Overall the excellent food and drinks is only matched by the fantastic staff all around. If you have a problem with them, its not them, its you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
