The reviews baffle me, lots of pretentious muppets saying how fantastic and amazing it was and that they can’t fault it, and then leaving a 4 star review? 5 stars all round, lovely staff and the steaks last night were amazing, genuinely up there for one of the best steaks I’ve had. Everybody was friendly, attentive and seemed to be working hard to keep the venue in good working order. To the chap that wrote the review further down criticising an inexperienced server, get a grip, everybody is new to something at some point, and the staff were more than friendly and attentive, I’m sure you’ll survive the jug of water that was left at your table. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a fab pub in Chobham. We went for a long walk with our family and ended up here afterwards. The pub is lovely inside and has got a great outdoor area when the sun is out. The food was a pleasant surprise, we had the baked whole bream which was one of the best fish dishes, I've had in a long time and also a chicken schnitzel which was really tasty. Finally, the staff are really friendly too. All in all, the perfect pub Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We cannot recommend The Four Horseshoes highly enough. We chose the pub to host our wedding party of 100 and the help we received both planning and delivering the wedding was incredible. A special shout out to Justin and Lauren, who helped everything to run smoothly and to make sure that no small detail was left to chance. For the food, we had canapés on arrival, followed by mezze and charcuterie boards to start, and a choice of veggie bangers and mash, pie and mash or fish and chips for the main. Dessert was sticky toffee pudding. We received so many compliments on the food from all of our guests, many of them said it was really tasty and that the quantity was much better than what you would normally receive at a wedding. The bar staff and the waitresses were also very accommodating, and we rarely had to wait for a drink, something which we also received several compliments for. The pub was perfect for our theme- a cozy autumn wedding in a country pub, and we really appreciated the laid back, fun atmosphere. Family and friends really enjoyed the firepit and even the addition of shuffleboard! We had the best day ever and cannot thank the team enough for making it happen.
