A very popular bistro located about a 5-minute walk from Meguro Station that is always fully booked. You can enjoy dishes that have a somewhat comforting taste, combining French with a little Japanese flavor and ingredients. I've been wanting to go there for a long time, but twice I couldn't make a reservation on the day I wanted to go because it's a popular restaurant! This time, I was invited by a friend who is a regular, and I was able to make my wish come true and visit. The menu is so rich that it's hard to believe that most of the dishes are prepared by one person. The choice of ingredients for all of them was exquisite, and I was so confused that I had a hard time ordering...lol All of them were very delicious, but the must-try is the "Cold Chicken Liver Confit" (¥750)! It has a moist and fluffy texture that will definitely make you want to drink red wine. Also, if you come to Fours, you should definitely try the earthenware pot rice at the end! This time, there were 3 types of claypot rice: 1) firefly squid and snap peas, 2) scallop butter and porcini, and 3) cherry blossom trout, salmon roe, and green asparagus. This was such an ultimate choice that I couldn't decide, so I ended up choosing cherry salmon. At the end of the earthenware pot rice, I was also given dashi chazuke (dashi soup chazuke). This is even more delicious so please try it. With an attractive menu that uses plenty of seasonal ingredients, a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, and friendly staff, it's no wonder this restaurant is fully booked. I would love to visit you again! I've become a huge fan! ——Food and drinks we received—— I put on something that was especially delicious!
