Worst experience , I the barista he was rude and very abrupt, refused to take cash , made the wrong coffee asked for oat milk gave me almond. I think the owner is also rude seen him a few times ignored me and my friends. Wouldn’t recommend this cafe at all to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fourth Chapter is a staple of the dog walking fraternity. It resides literally on Victoria Park and is perfectly positioned as a dog friendly environment for the local community. Walking in you are greeted with a fresh and well presented floor space with plenty of tables for small and larger groups. The staff are friendly and well versed in everything coffee and deliver your order to you wherever you choose to sit. The outside tables are conveniently positioned with a barrier to the traffic and inside is quiet enough for a chat with your favourite friend. Fourth Chapter is a little grubby and the food and snacks are displayed poorly with dirty casing and underwhelming presentation. The Americano was quite good although came with a very high acidity and was lacking character. The final let down was in the price of the dog biscuits at $2.00 each, where many places around town offer free snacks to man's best friend. All in all, a solid contender for your next pop in, just don't focus your attention too closely to the display cabinet that holds the treats. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
