We weren’t aware that you had requested a call back, nor did we see your phone number written anywhere. We order super large potatoes, and typically throw out any that don’t meet our ‘needs’. However, they are an item created by nature, therefore they do come in all sizes. We would hope that you’d give us another chance, especially considering that you had great experiences before. While we try to never make mistakes, we are human, as well as our employees. We will use this feedback in future trainings. More

We create our donuts from scratch and hand cut each one, every day. Sometimes in the same batch certain donuts will proof more than others, and humidity (which fluctuates daily) also affects the size once proofed. I assure you we have not changed a single thing with these donuts in the past year. Not 1 thing. I hope you can appreciate that handmade items can vary slightly day by day due to being made by actual humans. I hope this reply provides some clarity.
