I when on a quiet Thursday at 6-7 pm. I been going to this place for a while and its change owners a few times and I can say this is my first time going with the new ones and the food is really good. Only £3 for a pint of coke and the food prices are quite fair. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Probably not the best photo of athe Fix Inn. We had the warmest welcome by the lady ( who lives in MH). The pub is beautiful, warmest welcome and the things you have on offer are marvellous. Will return shortly Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had dinner here whilst staying locally for a weekend getaway. The Fox Inn is situated in lovely quiet village setting and is tastefully decorated, maintaining traditional 'country pub' charm mixed with modern comfort. When we arrived the bar area was quite busy with what we presumed were locals having a bit of a get together (Saturday at 6pm) the atmosphere was jovial and friendly. We were greeted by a cheery and helpful staff member who showed us to a quieter part of the pub (restaurant area) throughout our visit she ensured we were happy with our food, the service and where we were sat which was lovely and appreciated. We ordered our food (lasagne and a fisherman's basket) the food was homemade, the portion sizes were plentyful and everything was very tasty!! About an hour later we shared a bread and butter pudding which didnt disappoint either! The prices were reasonable too for quite an affluent area of the country. Although we only planned to eat our evening meal at the Fox Inn we actually stayed for about 3.5/4 hours as there was a live band playing 'jazz fusion' it wasnt our preferred choice of music but there was a good atmosphere so we stayed and had a few drinks. I would recommend The Fox Inn and visit again when we return to the area. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
