Joining the growing list of people who seem to have had a disappointing experience here. I sat at the bar and asked a simple question about the beers on tap, hoping for a recommendation between a couple of IPAs. Instead, the bartender looked up from her phone long enough to tell me, “they are beers,” with a smirk that made it clear my question was more of a nuisance than part of her job. She then went right back to her phone. The rest of the visit did not improve much. Employees seemed far more interested in their phones and conversations with one another than in the customers sitting in front of them. At one point, the bartender and hostess were openly complaining about coworkers. Later, after they disappeared into the back, two other employees commented on how much she makes their shifts a nightmare. What struck me most was not one bad interaction, but the overall feeling that nobody seemed particularly interested in being there or providing a welcoming experience. Reading through other reviews, it appears this is not an isolated incident. Restaurants have off days. We all do. But hospitality is about making people feel welcome, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. There are too many places in this airport that value their customers and their staff for me to recommend spending your time or money here. Waitstaff was polite and did their best to get the food out. However the potatoes, eggs and toast arrived cold and the eggs were overcooked. Overpriced for the quality. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $20–30 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: I don’t recommend it to anyone including vegetarians.

Had a great breakfast here and the staff was above and beyond accommodating for a family member that has food allergies. As you can imagine, traveling with food allergies can be nerve racking but Fox & Flight was awesome. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
