This is a Quant little corner bar for breakfast or brunch with very good food. The owner is very friendly and each table has a fresh rose.. Also, he has Cologne water for hands and deoderant spray in the toilet.

Ah Fox & Solo what a loss for the Jan van Galen buurt. I was there last November 2021 just before the lockdown and had an amazing evening of comedy, drinks and free tapas. Generously provided for free by the owner after the nights entertainment ended. Sadly he's had to close the business due to the many harsh lockdowns and he and his business will be missed. On the bright side his family owns Effendy bakery on the Rozengracht. Highy recommended you go and keep supporting this hard working family in these trying times you won't be disappointed.
