The cooks here prepare good pasta with mushrooms, truffle fries and pork chops. It's a pleasant experience to eat perfectly cooked doughnuts. Malbec is delicious, try it.

The best thing I can say about our dinner is that it was so bad that it was hilarious. TLDR- the menu is dishonest, nothing is made fresh. The place was dead when I got there and stayed pretty empty and I get it. I made the terrible mistake of ordering an Old Fashioned, it came out a shocking shade of rosey pink with an orange wedge (as in fruit, this peel had not been touched). It was bizarrely sweet and watery. When I asked my server about it he happily let me know that they premake all of their cocktails in big batches. Ew, what? At $15 they will happily serve you a grocery store cocktail with a big ice cube. For dinner my friend and I decided to try their “house made” pasta. Her pasta was not al dente, but honestly crunchy, stick in your teeth, it needs another couple minutes. How is this texture even achieved with freshly made pasta? Eventually, we were able to get a server and then the manager who happily explained to us that by “house made” they actually mean made somewhere else entirely a “secret kitchen” and they buy it from those people. My rigatoni was definitely a standard out of the box noodle with a watery sauce. We laughed about just how hilariously awful the whole experience was all the way to Vivace where we had a lovely dinner. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Thank you for your feedback; we truly appreciate the opportunity to improve. While our cocktails are pre-batched for consistency and efficiency, they are prepared in-house with guidance from a cocktail specialist. We agree that this most recent batch came across too sweet, and our team is already working on adjusting the recipe to create a more balanced flavor profile. Our pasta is also freshly made by a local purveyor, so we are especially disappointed to hear that the dish did not meet expectations during your visit. We sincerely apologize for the experience and understand your frustration. Guest feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and conversations like this help us continue refining both our food and beverage program. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future so we can provide the level of quality and hospitality we strive for every day.
