Never had an issue with foxes until last night, they seemingly forgot my order for an hour when I was told 30-40 minutes for my order to arrive. Then I called to check in. They said they were busy in the lobby and would bring it down now, Awesome I thought. Then the food gets here and I can tell it’s been sitting in the store and my pizza had an indent of the ranch that I had ordered on the side, not the biggest deal in the world just very disappointed in my experience compared to my experience previously with foxes pizza.(reply to owner response) hey guys thank you for reaching back out, I’m sure it was the Murrysville location unfortunately because I had tried to order from plum originally and i couldn’t get them on the phone. It’s odd you couldn’t find my order it was for a small cheese pizza and hoagie. I’m not super worried about the refund I just want to make sure the issue gets handled for people in the future. Hello we are extremely sorry! We went through our system and could not locate an order like yours or with your name on it. Are you positive it was the murrysville Foxs pizza location? you did take the time to leave a review which we take very serious. so we want to make sure it does not happen again or ever if it was us! Did you call back in and talk to anyone? If so can you please message us who you spoke to about this?We are sorry for this! If you ever do order from us and ever have any issues please call in and ask for billy or Sam. They can address any issues immediately with refunds or sending new food out! Ordered from this location, received a call stating they were told to transfer the order to the delmont location. I said that was fine. Waited 2 hours and decided to call the delmont location they said they never received the order and the other store never sent it over. The delmont store offered to make the order and set things right though. When the murrysville store called it seemed like the guy I spoke to had no idea what was happening and had little to no communication skills? Very strange?
