I’ve delayed going to främmat, possibly due to a growing aversion to hyped up small/medium sharing plate eateries that don’t deliver the goods. But this place brought a big smile to my face and produced some beautiful, memorable food. We were blown away by 2 dishes in particular: 1. The sugar-cured cod with pickled jalapeño, asparagus. Our fish was flawless, for me that dish was above any I’ve had at a Michelin establishment. 2. A dessert with a herb sorbet and a foam with rambutan. This was delicate, a surprising balancing act of flavours and a joy to eat. Our other courses were delicious enough in their own merit; warm pear tart, white asparagus, ratatouille with Parmesan foam. But those dishes elevated things to the next level. The service was also the perfect balance of personable and warm, excited to return and explore more. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kr 900–1,000 Recommended dishes: Pear Tarte
