However, one thing we unfortunately cannot fully control is the pizza temperature during delivery. Sometimes delays with the rider or long delivery times can affect how hot the pizza arrives at your home, and this is a challenge many delivery restaurants face. We understand your disappointment, especially after requesting the pizza to be extra hot and well cooked. We already sent you a simple reheating method to help improve the experience, but we still completely understand your frustration.
