We made a mistake while ordering online and it got ordered twice. We explained this and were told they would cancel the duplicate. When we picked it up, the best option seemed cancelling both online orders (and get refunds) and pay for the actual order in person, which we did. The employee who confirmed twice he had cancelled the online orders never did (lied on my face) and as a result we were charged thrice for the same order. Had to work with the credit card issuer's fraud process to get this resolved. Very unethical. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Like the quality & quantity of the pizza slices. Hosts are welcoming & pizza tastes good. The place feels a tad unwelcoming as it's a bit cramped. Who cares if this places have so good pizza taste! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Franco's Pizza has delicious pizza. I've tried the "regular" pizza (NY style), and the Sicilian... both are great. Their four cheese pizza reminds me of my favorite pizza growing up so it holds a special place in my heart :-) And their cannolis... oh my!!! So freaking good!!! They have to be making them fresh, in house. Also, the people working at Franco's, including the delivery driver, are so friendly and nice. Franco's is an all around great neighborhood pizza joint.
