Portuguese cuisine can be tasted here. Nicely cooked peri peri chicken, burgers and chicken strips have a pleasant taste. Ordering good waffles is what most guests recommend. You will enjoy delicious milkshakes at this restaurant.

We ordered from here and they missed the chips. I called twice to confirm that our order has chips in it and they said yes. After finding that we did not receive the chips, the person on phone said there is nothing they can do and will try to rectify if we order again. As if me or they know when we’ll order again. Absolutely shameful service and no concern for the customers’ grievances. I wouldn’t recommend this shop not because they missed my order but because of their customer support. Ordered our food at 7:30pm to supposedly be delivered between 8:30 and 8:50 it FINALLY arrived at 9:20 pm after calling to ask where it was NUMEROUS times to be told it will be two minutes- CLEARLY NOT. The lady who was first dealing with my complaint also was repeatedly calling me mate during the call. HOW unprofessional?! And the perfect way to annoy someone who is already upset and been waiting an hour and a half! . And then it still took a further 30 mins! Asked to speak to a manager who I asked for discount due to the massive wait and after three phone calls to them whilst being fobbed off each time, to be told that the manager that is on shift can’t do anything like that?! What is the point in having a ‘manager’ on site who can’t actually deal with anything and has no more power than the staff when it comes to dealing with anything. No apology given at all either until the final phone call I made. Absolute joke of a service to be quite honest won’t be back and will deffo be telling people about this shocking service. Terrible. Food: 2
